From producer John Carpenter comes the all-new retelling of his terror classic, THE FOG. Tom Welling (TV’s “Smallville”), Maggie Grace (TV’s “Lost”) and Selma Blair (Hellboy) star in this senses-shattering tale of demonic retribution, directed by Rupert Wainwright (Stigmata) and written by Cooper Layne. Trapped within an eerie mist, the residents of Antonio Bay have become the unwitting victims of a horrifying vengeance. One hundred years ago, a ship carrying lepers was purposely lured onto the rocky coastline and sunk, drowning all aboard. Now they’re back, long-dead mariners who’ve waited a century for their revenge. Seeking out the decendents of those reponsible for their deaths, they lurk enshrouded within a supernatural fog of terror. Beware, any and all who stand in their way. Have you ever watched one of the movies that you knew from the very start was just to get on your nerves. This is one of them. What kind of a moron wrote this movie
Tbh if the town wasn't fooking cursed and if real….I live there..looks peaceful and quite little lazy town…only crime is the dinner ain't 24/7 for their famous chowder.
I like the original version much better. Gave up on watching this 1.
Really need to look at the year before I select what I thought was a movie of my youth.
WOULD have been a great movie but the ending truly made absolutely NO sense and literally killed the vibe and ruined the entire movie……..ugh….
One of my favorite movies
Very creepy Ghost Story in "The Fog" as the classic horror movie in surrealism.
OK, but why wait for over a century to take revenge on the descendants instead of on the actual people at the time while they are still around? The descendants had nothing to do with what their ancestors did. Also, why go after random people who aren't related to those founders at all? That's the flaw in these types of revenge ghost stories.
It's amazing how quickly he was able to get all the windows in his truck repaired.
And of course the ending didn't make a lot of sense.
Imagine almost getting killed by an evil fog monster because you didn't know how to drive stick…
Damn why always black people die in horror movies 😅
Ah yes, the token black stereotype. Thanks Hollywood.
The original please.
What was the point of going and following him all the way out there? And then not going to save him just look watch as they burn him alive
nope, original is much better, this is supposed to be a horror/ghost story, not a photo op and acting lessons gone bad.
Saw the original, in the theater back in the day. This version falls WAY short. Anyone else notice the actress change in the beginning boat scene. First take while the girls are dancing on the boat, they're both blondes ONCE they're in the wheelhouse and then tossed out the windows, the one is a brunet. WTF.. EXTREMEMLY bad editing.
original was far superior
The original is way better. And the ending of this one lost me. Ridiculous.
BECAUSE GOD, OUR FATHER IS NOT ALLAH! ALLAH IS A LIE! JESUS IS THE WAY, THE ONLY TRUTH AND YOU MUST FIND HIM! 🙏
😂stupid movie garbage in garbage out
Earlier movie The Fog is much better.
Which one of Clark's feaver dreams is this?
Hi
The original was so well put together no remake will surpass it. Especially as it was created pre-CGI, and no matter how you slice it, CGI cant compete with the eerie authenticity of reality.
When it's foggy out, and you say you can't see through this while driving 70mph… slow the fuck down…..
Everyone is the same age. Older children.
